Training on human rights protection
In 2022, we continue to provide training on human rights protection issues for employees worldwide, conducting education and training courses on issues such as business standards of conduct, anti-corruption, privacy, safe and healthy working environments, and sexual harassment prevention to create a friendly work environment built around equality, tolerance, and respect. The content of training related to human rights protection is adapted to the needs of different local laws and regulations to ensure that colleagues can fully comply with local laws and regulations in the execution of their work. The scope of executive education and training includes employees from all over the world, including Acer headquarters, Pan-Asian operations headquarters, EMEA operations headquarters, Pan-American operations headquarters, and China operations headquarters, a total of five regions.
