Training on human rights protection

In 2025, we continue to promote human rights protection-related education and training for global employees, covering key topics such as anti-corruption, personal privacy protection, information security, occupational safety and health, prevention of sexual harassment, and diversity and equal rights. Through systematic course design and promotion mechanisms, we strengthen employees' awareness of and capacity to practice corporate ethics and responsibilities for human rights. We are committed to creating a friendly workplace environment that is equal, inclusive, respectful, and safe.

Various human rights protection trainings assist employees in ensuring that they complied with relevant regulations, and company policies when carrying out their duties, thereby reducing compliance risks. The scope of human rights education and training covers employees from global operating locations, including four major regions which are Acer headquarters, Asia Pacific Operations Headquarters, EMEA Operations Headquarters, and Pan America Operations Headquarters. Through a combination of online and in-person courses, it comprehensively enhanced the organization’s overall human rights awareness and governance maturity.
