INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WARRANTY [ITW]

The ITW warranty1 enables customers whilst travelling abroad to receive warranty services. ITW applies to Acer-branded notebooks and tablets, subject to Acer's standard warranty terms and conditions.

White glove service refers to premium assistance delivered with meticulous attention to detail and an exceptional level of care. Upon request, our certified service network can offer tailor-made services to meet specific needs. These services include:
  • Device enrolment
  • Software installation
  • Hardware upgrade
  • Asset management labels and delivery to dedicated offices
  • Out-of-the box experience: devices come pre-packaged with a keyboard, mouse, headset, monitor and/or accessories
  • Service upgrade to the standard warranty, offering benefits such as Priority Repair or On-site repair
  • Basic hardware upgrades including computer memory or SSD capacity
  • Out-of-warranty repairs
  • Wipe and restore3, which is specifically designed for Acer dealers to manage customer returns effectively, addressing GDPR compliance risks and providing certification of data wiping.
  • Data backup3 if data is technically accessible
