Spare parts purchase
Acer Care provides spare parts for our customers and dealer as following details.
1. Price and item list: Customer can inquire about price and item list by tel. 0-2825-9600, e-mail:
ath.sparepartorder@acer.com, with initial information of your product such as model, serial number, or SNID, and the customer make the purchase order by fax 0-2285-9601 or e-mail:
ath.sparepartorder@acer.com
2. Delivery: The customer can receive your product directly at Acer Care or apply delivery service for up-country without any delivery charge.
3. Payment method: Customer can purchase spare parts by cash or bank transfer, and submit evidence of payment by fax 0-2825-9601 or e-mail:
ath.sparepartorder@acer.com (Credit term will not be available for dealer and Acer Authorized Service Center)
4. Delivery time: Acer Care will deliver the purchased item after receiving evidence of payment within 3 working days for the up-country customer (in case of the item is in stock)
Remark: For imported items, it will take 90 days for delivery and Acer Care will notify the customer before.
