What is the Acer Warranty Expiration Date
When you look up a product on the Acer Support site using the SNID or Serial number, you will be shown an estimated warranty expiration date. This estimated expiration date is meant to be informative and can easily be updated to reflect a more accurate date based off your product purchase date.
What can I do if I do not agree with the warranty expiration date?
If you have concerns about the warranty date listed, you can provide an authentic original receipt from an authorized reseller. Once submitted, we will verify and update your warranty dates in our system.
Note: Your submitted original receipt must meet the requirements listed below. Please allow several days for any changes to warranty date to display
- Visit the Acer Philippines' Warranty Care website.
- Select your Purchased Product.
- Enter your contact details, serial number, and purchase date.
- Attach a digital copy of the laptop box's Serial Number.
- Attach a digital copy of the original receipt.
- Select Purchase Store or enter another store if not indicated in the list.
- Accept Acer's Data Privacy Act and Privacy Policy to continue.
- Click Submit.
