Acer has determined that, in a limited number of Acer / Predator ES Series 5 (AES025 / PES025) eScooters, the battery may under specific conditions potentially overheat and pose a fire safety and burn hazard.
Customer safety is always Acer's top priority, and we have decided to replace affected batteries, free of charge.
Please discontinue using your product and do not charge the battery. Please contact the nearest Acer Service Center (below) to validate if your product is potentially impacted and to receive further instructions. This program is for battery replacement only.
This recall applies to the battery packs supplied with the Acer / Predator ES Series 5 (AES025 / PES025) shipped between June 2024 and December 2025 in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
