No audio on Nitro 5 AN515_52 earphones

HI .first of all,escuse my bad english.then. I have a problem with the earphones .When i connect the jack on the nitro earphone exit i hear only a fizzle but no other sound.No music ,nothing.I uninstalled the audio driver manny times.installed again. no way to resolve the problem.I didn't found any solution I will try to uninstall dolby audio application and install realteck audio driver again. If someone had the same problem and found a solution ,please let me know .

AN515-54 - Acer Nitro 5 not starting nitrosens

Nitro 5 - AN51554 Fan Speed Spinning Abnormally.

I got a Nitro 5 with the i5 9th gen processor and GTX 1650 graphics, it had been working well for around 1year months until recently when I upgraded the SSD and cleaned the fans. Since then it has become absolutely unbearable, it raises fan speeds even at very low processor loads and temperatures. It increases the speed to 3.5/4k RPM at random even if I'm just doing web surfing with some 10 tabs and a IntelliJ IDEA open. Only time it works as it should is when I'm on battery, but as soon as soon as I plug it in, it increases the fan speed. Every time I check and uncheck the CoolBoost option it quiets down the fans for a second just to increase the speed AGAIN. This is absolutely unacceptable, the laptop is just 1 year old and it's already behaving erratically. It never gets to shut down because it's not actually overheating, it just stupidly thinks it is overheating. I tried the service center but still they haven't found any problem. Any help is GREATLY appreciated, please, I've tried everything, even tried replacing the thermal pasting and NOTHING has worked. Please help me out. See the temperature and fan speed:

From this I understand that it should reduce the LCD response rate to 3ms as advertised. PFB the screencap of Nitro Sense. Acer Nitro 5 (Nitro AN515.45) losing charge while playing games.

I have an Acer Nitro 5 with and R5 5600H and an RTX 3060, i also have a cooler under my laptop that also has rgb, a mouse and a controller plugged in, also RGB light on laptop's keyboard. I've noticed that when I'm playing intensive games like Control and Steelrising I lose battery even when plugged in, I've had the laptop for only a few days if that means anything. There is a charging light on the laptop that randomly comes on and off during gaming. Now what I suspect is happening is that my laptop is drawing more power than the cable can provide so it gets some help from the battery. That idea is supported by the fact that Afterburner is reporting anywhere from 100W to 130W on my GPU and CPU alone without all the extra stuff or even the monitor. The power supply is only 180W which at best leaves 80W for all the extra equipment and the monitor and all the other components of the laptop. While I'm typing this or using apps like google and such the charging light is on, working normally and the laptop is also charging as expected, this only happens when laptop is under heavier loads. I'm not 100% sure I'm right so just checking if anyone has the same issue. Thank you.

[Nitro 5 AN515-52] NitroSense not working

It was two months ago when I had last used NitroSense successfully and I haven't opened it since then. But now that I have tried to do so, it just kept blinking and looping at NITROSENSE and the app never opened. I uninstalled it afterwards and tried to reinstall it but I cannot get past the setup. I try to open setup.exe, and it proceeds and finishes normally, I try to open NitroSense.msi and it just directs me back to the setup.exe. Please help me resolve this problem! he intentado todo a mi alcance reinstalar diferentes versiones, incluso PredatorSense pero ninguna sirve, después de la instalación al intentar abrir el programa no sale ningún interfaz. Alguien conoce alguna solución??? i have a nitro 5 an515-53 so iv'e been having problems with my nitrosence. it worked for a long while but now it does not want to open. the app would open then start flickering but now when i try to open it it just closes immediately. i have uninstalled and installed it back a couple of times tried a few things to see if it would open but nothing. i need help how can i fix this
