No, only qualifying products listed on the site are eligible for this promotion

I HAVE MISSED THE WINDOW TO REGISTER MY PRODUCT; CAN I DO THIS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM MY INVOICE DATE?

No, you must register within the first 30 days from the date on your invoice. Please remember the date on your invoice is day 1

HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN I REGISTER IN A YEAR?

You may participate in this promotion up to 20 times provided you have purchased a qualifying product for each registration you make

MY ACER PRODUCT HAS DEVELOPED A TECHNICAL FAULT, WHAT DO I DO?

Visit the online Acer helpdesk to report the fault and arrange a repair. In order to qualify for this promotion, the repair must be completed by Acer or an Acer Authorised Service Provider

MY QUALIFYING ACER PRODUCT HAS BEEN REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY, HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE MY CLAIM?

You must register your claim within 30 days of the date on your repair receipt provided by Acer or an Acer Authorised Service Provider

ONCE MY CLAIM HAS BEEN APPROVED, HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

If your claim is successful, you will receive your refund by bank transfer within 75 days of your claim being validated

HOW CAN I SUBMIT MY PROOF OF PURCHASE RECEIPT/INVOICE?

Please upload a copy of your invoice/receipt during the registration. If you are unable to do so, please email a copy of your invoice/receipt, along with your claim number, to help.promise.uk@acer.com from your computer or smartphone
