  • your Acer product SNID number or the Serial number (how to find these numbers)
  • If possible, you have the unit you are contacting us about with you

If you are contacting us about a unit that is already under repair then you may also provide us with:

  • The Case ID that was given to you

*Acer Premium Technical Support provides free remote diagnosis for all your software issues and lets you know the plan to fix it (the repair as such is not free and charges will apply).

Software support includes Virus Removal, PC tune up, Networking & Internet setup, Peripheral setup (Printers, Smartphone or Tablet), Software Installations (Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus products or any productivity applications), Email configuration and many more.


Acer Advantage is a Warranty Extension Program that can be purchased with Acer products such as Notebooks, PCs, LCD Monitors, Projectors, Servers, Storage Units and PDA/GPS. It grants you a PRIORITY REPAIR SERVICE.
