What is the Acer Warranty Expiration Date
When you look up a product on the Acer Support site using the SNID or Serial number, you will be shown an estimated warranty expiration date. This estimated expiration date is meant to be informative and can easily be updated to reflect a more accurate date based off your product purchase date.
What can I do if I do not agree with the warranty expiration date?
If you have concerns about the warranty date listed, you can provide an authentic proof of purchase (POP) or sales receipt from an authorized reseller. Once submitted, we will verify and update your warranty dates in our system.
Note: Your submitted POP must meet the requirements listed below. Please allow several days for any changes to warranty date to display
- Visit the Acer Warranty Registration website.
- Please note and prepare the information listed on the website.
- Enter the Serial Number of your product and your email address.
- Click Submit.
- Follow the prompts to submit your proof of purchase.
