Where to download latest BIOS for Gateway ZX4451? Acer Support page is empty
Is there any place to download the latest BIOS for Gateway ZX4451? The support page on Acer is empty which makes it look like the files were removed since this is an older computer.
Gateway ZX4270-UB14 with Acer motherboard died.
I have (had) a Gateway ZX4270-UB14 AIO with Acer motherboard AMD A4-5000 1.5GHz 4GB RAM /DDR3 Windows 10 (was Win 8) External power supply. Same as my Acer laptop. Never an issue. Turned on computer. Started normally. I had not yet touched the Keyboard or mouse. (Wireless) A few minutes after boot, the screen went blank and it shut down. Tried to restart but no sign of life. No lights and no fan. Not even boot to post. Tried another known working power supply. No luck. Opened it up and removed both RAM sticks and tried one stick at a time. No sign of life. No movement on the fan. Removed the Hard drive. No luck. At this point I think it’s the Main board. It’s an Acer made board. Any suggestions? Joe

Hello. I have a Gateway ZX4665, my little brother knocked it over and broke the display, I have a cable and monitor to connect to just need to know what the function keys are, the keyboard is the one that came with it. Model number PR1101U if that helps
Dvd rom spinning but not detected - ZX4270
Gateway All-in-One Model ZX4270 I cannot recall if this coincided with upgrading to windows 10 a couple years back, but my dvd rom has stopped detecting discs. It spins and physically seems to work, however is not actually detecting correctly. I've tried restoring the PC, updating drivers, etc, but nothing seems to work. Anyone familiar by chance and or have other suggestions? Thank you! //Edited the content to add model name on title.

where are the touch screen drivers for a gateway zx4351?
I recently installed Windows 10 on a Gateway ZX4351 All-in-One computer. Everything is working well but for the fact that it didn't detect the touchscreen monitor and it has a co-processor in the device manager with no drivers. Does anyone know how this might be fixed?

Powered on my PC and I am getting No Video....Seems to be running but screen is blank. Anything I can do to resolve this?
gateway computer zx4800.
I got a computer that had an upgrade of windows 10. Could not activate. Could not go back to windows 7 because it was no longer loaded on machine. Tried to go to advanced boot options to load from there and there is no recovery manager. I tried Alt+F10 and that got me no where. I need to re-install Windows 7. I have the product key, but nothing to load. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks Cynt
Hard drive crash (and motherboard failure) - Gateway ZX4270 All-in-One
This system has less than 300 hours of usage on it (probably only half that). Started getting a long error message on start-up, which included "insert boot media", so I first thought it was an OS corruption. Spoke to Support, and was advised to purchase physical media to restore ($21.65), since the partition wasn't working. That failed. Opened new ticket, determined the hard drive was bad (still under warranty, but barely). Paid $40.00 to ship to be repaired. When I received it back, the same thing occurred in less than three weeks (no longer under warranty). Took to local Microsoft Store. The determined that drive was OK, but the motherboard or other major hardware malfunction is responsible - enough so that they can't even run diagnostics. Was going to contact Gateway/Acer to inform them, but no email links on their website - only in-warranty chat - it's almost like they're hiding from the consumers. Have spent over $450.00 and basically have an expensive boat anchor. I could have spent $350 on a Toshiba laptop and been happier. Thanks a lot Gateway/Acer...

How To Hook Up Extra Monitor For Gateway All In One?
Hello you all, I have a question I hope you much more smarter computer people can help me out with. I have a friend that has a Gateway All In One Model # - ZX4931. It has a VGA port on the back. It was also updated to Windows 10. I will be house sitting and dog watching for her in a couple of weeks I want to hook up the extra monitor which by the way it's a Dell ( sorry ) to work on a project I'am doing right now. I try using the screen she has on the All In One and I didn't like how my project came out looking I see on the back of her All In One it has a VGA port. I've Google multiple times and Google different words, what I found saying you can't hook up a extra external monitor to All In One PC, so I'm confused as to why there would be a VGA port if you couldn't hook up outside monitor Anyways, can someone please help me and give me details on how to hook up external, extra monitor to her Gateway All In One Model # - ZX4931
