Acer Computer Co.,Ltd. realized importance of maximizing customer satisfaction in product and service, then Acer Authorized Service Centers all around country are appointed as service center for after sales service known by “Acer Care” in order to serve customer closely. With Acer Service Center, managed by Acer, and Acer Authorized Service Center, guaranteed as the same Acer’s standard, our customers are sure to be served by reliable service center conveniently and quickly.
Not only expanding service center all around country, we aim to improve other services, especially our technical engineer who trained by Acer Computer Co.,Ltd. (Head Office) in Taiwan. Moreover, we provided many spare parts for fastest service, also we developed our IT system for the most accurate and quickest communication.
