By purchasing a qualifying Acer professional product by the end of January 2025 and registering it within 30 days, you will be entitled to claim a 100% refund of the full purchase price if your Acer device develops a fault and is repaired under warranty within the first year.

No, only qualifying products listed on the site are eligible for this promotion

No, you must register within the first 30 days from the date on your invoice. Please remember the date on your invoice is day 1

You may participate in this promotion up to 20 times provided you have purchased a qualifying product for each registration you make

Visit the online Acer helpdesk to report the fault and arrange a repair. In order to qualify for this promotion, the repair must be completed by Acer or an Acer Authorised Service Provider

You must register your claim within 30 days of the date on your repair receipt provided by Acer or an Acer Authorised Service Provider

If your claim is successful, you will receive your refund by bank transfer within 75 days of your claim being validated
