Designed for Exceptional Creators

The SAE Institute is the biggest private university group in Germany, educating young creators all across the country. Their campuses offer world-class study programs in areas such as digital filmmaking, programming, 3D animation, game design, graphic design, and visual effects – the exact fields of expertise that ConceptD devices cater to. 

 

SAE Institute decided to hold an intramural contest to foster some friendly competition. Under the prompt of ‘creating the impossible,’ student groups at various SAE locations (Hamburg, Munich, Leipzig, and Frankfurt) were tasked with creating a 25 second short animated video to help them explore and push their creative limits.

 

Committed to allowing their students to create with the best hardware available, the SAE Institute worked together with ConceptD to provide the student groups with premium ConceptD devices to better enable their creative freedom. Equipped with highly mobile and fully convertible workstations, students were able to make good use of the latest advancements and innovations in hardware and software to be able to build, edit, and render even the most demanding of their projects in real time - showing that even when you are creating the impossible, everything is possible with ConceptD.
