This program does not apply to Liquid E350 batteries with part number KT.0010B.008 or any other Acer smartphones or batteries.
Customers owing a Liquid Galant E350 should remove the battery pack from their smartphone and check if they own any battery with the part numbers KT.0010J.001, KT.0010J.002, KT.0010J.003 or KT.0010J.004 or contact Acer at 0371 760 1000 to validate if their battery pack is eligible for a free replacement.
