Ecodesign regulations
In accordance with the Ecodesign regulations for electronic display devices, professional service centers that are not authorized by Acer but wish to access information on monitor repair and maintenance can submit a registration request to the following email address:
Ecodesign.bl@acer.com with the subject line "Ecodesign Monitors - Professional Service Registration Request." Acer's Customer Service team will contact the person requesting registration, indicating the documents to be provided and how to gain access to Acer's systems.
