In accordance with the Ecodesign regulations for electronic display devices, professional service centers that are not authorized by Acer but wish to access information on monitor repair and maintenance can submit a registration request to the following email address: Ecodesign.bl@acer.com with the subject line "Ecodesign Monitors - Professional Service Registration Request." Acer's Customer Service team will contact the person requesting registration, indicating the documents to be provided and how to gain access to Acer's systems.
